Guys I am building the static model of the midwest "muscongus Bay Lobster Smack"

I bought the midwest paint kit, and it worked fine for the first boat, but now the instructions says this one needs "floquil" paint for some reason? Is the midwest paint kit, floquil? Do I have to buy all new paint for this type of model for some reason?

I also have Z-spar captains varnish
