You have just given my stupid B*****D (Is that good enough for the moderator) of an engine a stay of execution! For now. It runs again (mind you after about 50 flips!) I think the tank cap isn't venting (The original Homelite leaf blower tank) so I think I'm getting pressure lock in the tank preventing the fuel from being syphoned out by the pump. I have just run it without the tank cap and it runs. I still have to set the mixture screws as I think my engine likes to run a bit rich. It even idles without the glow plug driver although it will stall if you open the throttle too quickly.
