Besides running out of Fuel, having air bubbles in the system or experiencing sudden/unexpected drop in ECU voltage which are somehow obvious reasons which can be easily discovered, what would be the other reasons behind a flame out??

Let's have some feedback from different experiences,

Another question, should every mysterious flame out without apparent reason have a clear explanation as to what caused it??
