Default RE: Tamiya electronics & sound

ORIGINAL: kclank

Sorry if i was too verbose. here are the facts and wants
1. I have several sets of tamiya dmd/mf-x sets. I will be using these sets in future tanks so i am looking for a method of modifying the noises the tamiya system makes.
2. I want to overide, replace, or change the existing sounds in the mf-x to other sounds such as non-diesel engine noises ala T34, IS-2 , etc or maybe other tanks in the future.
3. I was also interested in, if these sounds can be changed, a revised outgoing main gun sound and a diffferent set of final destruction noises.
4. I am seeking products or technology sources that will allow me to do number 2 & number 3.

It does not look like Darkith or El-mod will interface with the tamya electronics, or perhaps i just have not seen or heard about it.

The last statement was to identify that i am a child in electronics knowledge, so the simplest solutions such as a swap out component or a reasonably priced programming tool to accomplish those goals is what i am seeking.

More clear or more muddy?

Beautiful City and area you live in, one of my favorite, and have been to a few!

It sounds like you need to sell those bits on ebay and buy the EL MOD system!
