Default Pullstart or No Pullstart?

I bring a starter box with me every time I run, although my SS is pull start. I've found that I never use the starter box, even when its sitting right next to the car. No need, really. A well-tuned engine should fire easily with a pull start. The only real benefit is that its easier to get the car started using a starter box when you already have the body on the car.
Even well tuned engines can go through a finicky spurt now an then. In this case the starter box will start it anyway. You may wear out the pull start on one one of these occasions.
