You can have 30%-60% more power than your chart from 3.9 o.z. MEGA 16/25/X $95 or NEU 1110 series $125 and they are 28mm unlike the 36mm diameter beast you found in ez-calc. (The 2Y wind version of your motor above is what was in that Stryker with CC 125A ESC)

Trust me, at very high speed you are better off with 5" to 5.5" prop (forget 5" for ULTRA speed). You can control prop size with your KV selection to get same watts from larger diameter prop.

You can swing a 7" prop if you want, but with 8" pitch, so RPM is not everything. Pitch speed is attainable in other ways with regard to thrust needed.
