Just got mine today and am very pleased. I actually had the balsa/ply kit in hand and changed my mind before starting the build and was able to put the money toward the composite. After seeing it sitting on my workbench this afternoon I do not regret my decision. I was just talking to Bruce Tharpe to let him know it got here and he is starting to post instructions on his web site as he does a build. He will eventually have a complete build manual for this bird. Never built a jet before but everything looks straight forward to me. I will need some kind of picture when it comes down to the turbine install itself and of course there is a whole new ball of wax to learn about as far as turbine operation but that is a bit down the road for me. Everyhthing else should be simular to putting any kind of big bird together. Make sure its strong, straight, isn't binding and won't fall off or rattle around in flight!
