I have read that if you pinch the fuel line and the engine runs for 2-3 seconds, revs and dies that means you are fairly colse on the low speed setting. Is this correct or am I following bad directions? Thanks for the help.

If you haven't completed a full break in no...this method is to tune the LSN only once the engine is broken in.
