CA deactivator is the best thing to use, boilings never worksed for me, but you can also use 100% acetone (can get at beauty supply store or walmart), place a small amount in a dish at the bottom of a GLASS jar, then find something you can place the tire on and rim on so it' not in the acetone but the fumes can get to it, put the top on the jar and wait. Some side effects may include: chrome peeling, softening of the rim, drowziness, diahrea, vomiting, melting of plastic and cross eyedness if any of these systoms happen or persists please call your Dr right away.
