Hey Guys,

The KEY to SUPREME PERFORMANCE with the BDT system on the AXE is adding BOOM SUPPORTS & CF tail blades. Once you are able to stiffen-up the 8mm OD "tissue-paper thickness" tail boom (boom supports), then add CF tail blades & you can really get the tail to POP around (like the BIG BOYS do)!
Without the supports, if you push the tail HARD, you can see the boom flex which causes the tail to hunt, depending on your gyro gain.
I used T-rex 450 parts, and made a delrin bushing to fit between the OD of the boom (8mm) & the ID of the T-rex boom clamp (12mm).
