after pinching the fuel line the motor runs for a about 60 seconds, but if i try to lean it out, when i go to full throttle it sputters and dies,
Are you leaning out the LOW end?
The pinch test is done at low throttle. If it runs too long, you need to lean out the LOW end, not the regular needle valve (Which is the High end needle).
