Well, I guess your right, but then the spray water would run in to the hull.
I´m planning on setting some b-formed window sealing rubber string around the hull hatch groove and thus sealing the edge when installing the hatch.
Only points of entry for the spray water would be air vent holes then.
Or would it be somewhat over the top?
