Thanks for the pic's and info. Great idea....
Giant Stinger was completed yesterday so it will be next weekend. I did however while programing the transmitter found them to be very quick and loud. Sure seems like they are rough sounding but they do operate smooth. Kinda hard to describe. I have two servos on each aileron so there is plenty of torque. I'm using one on each half of the elevator and they all seem to track well.
At first I thought there were grinding noises but I pulled one apart and it's fine. It may be the way the gears are cut and or finished off. Anyway I won't know for sure until I have it in the air under loads.
