RE: replacement blades for e-flight blade cp
I agree the best thing I ever did was buy buy DX7, once you have a decent radio everything else falls into place, it flies better, or you can tune it to fly how you want it.
One cool thing I did was since the DX7 has 3 idle positions I made normal->normal, Idle up 1- Idle up, and idle up 2- fixed pitch, meaning it always has about 8 degrees of pitch.
The one thing you find out is how the pitch affects the stability, it tends to take off in a back and right when you have fixed pitch. So you have to trim or just account for such.
I liked the feel of the syms better than the flats, to each his/her own. If you take off the bell hiller mixers too, things will get even more stable, then you are basically flying my old bird, a modded Blade CP with gyro, tho I added brushless to CP radio not Cp pro.
