You can easily make a Firestorm into a jato killer.A lot of people have done it.And the ruggedness of the Firestorm is way better than the jato's.IMO,A faster truck should be more durable than slower trucks. What if your going 60mph and you get out of range and you don't have a failsafe???Killed!!I'd get a Firestorm and turn it into jato speed so that you have a truck that can take more of those high speed crashes. Its just good sense....

But,Whats so fun about going back n' forth watching your truck zooming past anyways???Grow up guys and go tear up a dirt track or take it airborne. The jato 3.3 is primarily made for the road.
PS:Have you ever noticed how many jato problems are on the first page and there are no Firestorm problems???
But if thats what you want, go for it.

Hes right about making a firestorm into a jato killer. You can make a Honda Civic into a Lambo killer too... Jato 3.3 an onroad car? Partially correct. Yea it comes with road treads but with a simple tire swap it rips off road. Its adjustable any which way you want and has insane suspension travel. People have problems with the Jato because its readily available and a lot of people are attracted to the top speed (smart on Traxxas's part to sell more). This then leads to people who cant handle it. 60 mph into a curb with any car and you have serious issues.
