What we need here (in case the crank has to be removed) is some basic instructions on tearing down a 4 stroke. I can see this day coming for myself and my Saito 72.

I think in the latest RCM, Clarence Lee talks about this. The thing to keep in mind with a 4 stroke is that the camshaft must be removed before the crank will come out. (because they are geared together)

My Saito manual has directions for re-setting the cam timing...
