Default Weak Diffs

Here's my story.

I was running my car for a few months now and
I am very satisfied with my NTC3's performance. Though I have a bit of a problem on it's differential RING GEAR.
The ring gear holes where the 12 bearings sits, is being chewed by the bearings. I was told that my Diffs are too tight but I just followed what's on the manual.

I bought a new pair of ring gear and set it 1/8 loose more from the origianl 1/4 front and 1/2 rear. Ran the car for 2 tanks and checked my diffs again and noticed it is starting to chew the bearing holes.

I loosen it 1/8 of turn more again both front and rear, but a poor performance is noticeable especially on exiting corners, no quick response on acceleration because of loose diffs.

Is there an optional Hard Aluminum or Titanium for the RING Gears ? I guess this type of ring gear which is used on TC3 is not strong enough for NTC3.

Any help would be much appreciated.
