I think this brake thing is way out of hand on here with a few guys owning Jato's. I am not saying my way is the right way or anything just its not as bad as people are making it out to be on here. I learned a simple trick on another forum that was not a big deal and works great just like everyone is reporting on the other forum. I think alot of the problems are due to the lack of knowledge on how to properly set up the brake system on the jato. After some of these guys finially learn how to set them up correctly, I do think a simple mod in place of the spring is extremely benificial and needed to make some of them function as they are suppose to. I believe the brakes on the jato are very well made by traxxas and hold up to alot of constant high speed use with almost zero brake fade.
