yes that is a fuel filter from the pipe to the tank. Sometimes I get some fluids come back up that tube. so I put that there for precautions. Ive never seen any dirt or any thing going in it but.. Better to be safe than sorry. Besides.. It looks cool.[8D] that O.S. 21 TM cost me a pretty penny if you know what I mean.
