They may have replaced the disc valve with AL to make the mag source for the sensor more visible....and to save some weight at the same time

Switch back to glow.....not unless FAI bans electrics from competition There are guys playing with some packs that are 1/3 the cost of name brand stuff, we will see how they hold up though.
