How to synchronize and reverse servos on split elevator

I am doing a Dnya Flight Fly Baby it has split elevators. This is new to me. I'm using Hitec HS-605BB servos and a Futaba 4 chanel radio. I can't get them to match up perfectly and it worries me. I would like to keep it as simple and low cost as possible. I have 5 servos and none of them center exactly in the same spot. Any ideas or suggestions.
