i'm in orlando fl. when i mean blowouts i mean that when i throttle up quickly the tail will blow to one side quickly then stop. the guy at the LHS told me to check the tension on the belt if its too loose. i think i have an idea what to do to fix this.

maybe my defintion of blowouts is different....what does blowout means exactly?
