Rain in the tropic's of queensland, usually means a week or so inside, so for the last 6 days lve fixed up all me old beast's, one this kyosho dodge ram 1/10th monster truck, the original engine is dead, actually 3 kyosho 1.1 engines are dead, and it now has an OS 2.1cc engine, ye old alloy diffs are still turnin and not crunchin, LOL, so far, anyways built a new water trap into me air filter, works a real charm, you cant see some of the details in the pic's at the end, the filter extention has stainless steel mesh to stop mud splashes, a preliminary foam filter, a shapeable squashable piece of white tubing, which has the unique effect of catching any splash droplets in its grooves, because of the length and diameter of the tube it doesnt have any issues with water entering the main air filter, when l removed it after testing it didnt have a drop on it, so happy, slapped it back on went out to mud patch, LO L !
Anyways heres thye 5 minute test video from the yard next door, where a new house is being built, hehe no grass, water n mud ! Great test spot !
