yeah ..you're thinking becuase it's all going to change when you add fuel .
and it'll continue to change as the fuel level changes during flight

just make sure it's not tail heavy when it's empty.

that's why you don't want to add wieght to the tail becuase of drastic CG shift when the
fuel level gets low.
