I have the same car as you, just the Plus version.
Make sure you really go rich on the HSN. If you don't, then you really blow the engine.
You shouldn't get more air in there, but more fuel for lubrication.
Also, you don't need full throttle. If you do, you'll only spinout... Doesn't accomplish much in drifting haha.
I can't figure out how to lock the rear differentials so even I am having that problem. (If anybody can figure that out, enlighten us
)
I made the shocks pretty stiff with those plastic things that come with the car.
Other than that, you can only learn through trial and error!
