Well I used my wifes iron and got the covering looking good and all the seams down. I had to use 1.75 oz of weight in the tail b/c the battery wont slide under the tube. No big deal though(when I get a new battery I will get one that fits so I can take the lead off). With no wind this morning I took it out for the maiden- - -
WOW it flew great. I didnt do much speacial other than a few laps, climbs and loops and rolls. What a good flying plane. I got home from work this afternoon and the wind picked up to 18-25+mph and I took it up to see how it would fair. All I can say is that it doesnt like that much wind. I blew it all over the place(it was kind of gusty out though)
One thing This thing doesnt like to land it just floats forever. My field in front of my house is 1400x500 ft or more and I took up 1/2 the length trying to get her down. I guess I need to do some practice landing

. Over all I am very pleased with how it came out and if I can get a smaller battery like a 3700mah I can drop another 5 oz or so off the plane[sm=shades_smile.gif].
