Just wondering if anyone could advise on a recent purchase. I bought the T-28 Trojan (Parkzone) as my first full function plane (hasn't arrived yet). Can this be flown with very little flight experience? I had a Cox E-Z Bee around 17 years ago as the extent of my experience. I recently dug out the E-Z Bee and believe it or not, everything still functions properly. I'll be trying to get it in the air soon as a precursor to even attempting the Trojan. Basically, I want to know if people can learn to fly on the Trojan, even though it's not marketed as a trainer/learn to fly. I was considering the Parkzone Firebird Freedom RTF at first, but I thought I would get bored too quickly and wish I bought something a little more challenging. I have a hunch the old Cox plane isn't going to prepare me very well for the Trojan. Am I in over my head? Would the Firebird Freedom be the better initial plane?
