RE: Top Flite 1/7 P-51 Build
Well, lesson learned (for me at least). I used the finger method to balance my spitfire. Turns out, I was way off. Needed 1 1/4 oz in the nose. I assume this is not going to make it any easier to get in the air, but once up, she should do fine, I hope & pray.
OK, sorry about the spitfire talk here, back to the P-51. I also used my balancer to to check the balance of my Big Beautiful Doll. Had to add a little weight to the tail. T - 40 hrs for the maiden. (Weather permitting)
