Hi,

Looking at building my second air boat - needs to be light.

Is polystyrene with 2 layers of glass good, or go the whole 9 yards, make a plug, mould and pop a hull?

I have some custom plans based on problems of my Mk1 boat .

Needs good round corners so when you turn the inside bow does not dig in and flick water up into the prop. Keep the boat about the same size - 24" x 14". I'll be reusing my .15OS pushing a 7x5 or 8x4.
