You need a servo on steering more than 200 oz/inc, and as for the throttle/braking one, its speed must be at least .13, so better buying one that has .10 speed. The servo on throttle/braking must have at least 130 oz/inc torque by the way. Now for the speed of the steering servo, a .14 is good enough i think. Too fast servos in steering can make your buggy flip somehow.
