Draw the stab spar at 30% on the stab. Cut through the thin plywood with a sharp knife. Cut the foam carefully and remove the foam with a small cross screwtool. Fit the stab spar en when OK make the spar a little wet and dry it with a towel. Apply constructions glue (foaming) an aplly some glue in the cut out for the spar. Push in the spar and use masking tape on both ends. When the glue is fully dry remove the glue and sand it.
