Note max rpm at full pwer, then, with your throttle stick at half position, engine running, adjust throttle curve mid stick position in tx to a point that reflects approximately 1/2 the max RPM noted while at full throttle....this will get you a fairly linear 'feel' with stick movement. From here you can fine tune it to your flying style.
