The traxxas high voltage connector or w/e is a great option IMO. ive only been in teh hobby scince january with a rusty xl-5 and the traxxas connectors are great! unfortunaly i broke my tamiya plug on the adapter for my controller (broke the stokc xl-5 adn replacement had a tamiya connector *ANGRY FACE*) so i cant run my 7 cell venom batt anymore -,-'
but yea teh traxxas are also nice cause i found it very easy to re-soder (spelling horrbile.....) and to work with. and they also are very nice to plug and unplug.
