I ordered a set on 28 Apr. At the time Doug said they would go out "Later this week".

Two weeks later (after several unanswered e-mails) I called again and he said everyone had had the flue and that had set him back a lot.

He apologized and said he was going to up-grade me to the new version and they "Should go out later this week."

Called again 2 weeks later and he said they were finally ready to go and would ship out no later than this last Tuesday or Wednesday, Jun 3 or 4, at the very latest.

Havent received them yet and havent called back again.

Maybe next week.....

He does seem like a really nice, sincere guy but Im getting a little annoyed.
