I assume you mean the "fuselage" is broken off behind the wing. I've not seen an airplane covered in Lexan, most are covered with a Monokote type film.
Your airplane can be most likely be repaired without too many problems. Add doublers to the broken areas inside the fuselage. Once everything is structurally sound then recover it using either Monokote or Ultracoat. If you have never covered before it would be a good idea to find someone experienced to guide you. There are some good books on covering, plus tutorials here on RCU.
