Ray, thanks for the post. My wife had some free earned points from her job to select different "garbage". One thing was a telescope and she opted to get it, currently being shipped. I believe it will most likely do well at looking closer at the moon. I live near the country with no lights in sight and with proper bug spray, I would loved to look much further. I would certainly spend $500 or more for this. Is that a reasonable $ number to get something that I would be able to see the rings of Saturn?
