Yeah the jerking will be from low power to the system.
U might be better off fitting a fan above the motor/esc to help keep temps down.
btw how much run time did u get on that 1800 pack?I ran a 1900 a while ago on a BL setup and had about 5mins lol[]

i didnt time it, but the 1800 pack gave me about 6 laps around a 14 turn course at the hobby shop. ill time it tomorrow when i run the car again.

all this money i spent i wish i did my research. lol now that i look at it i shouldve just bought the prebuilt chassis then got the bl setup a decent controller and a lipo battery and charger.

now i have all these battery pack a charger an extra esc and motor that will be sitting around after i do the final jump.
