Here's a hint on this subject.

Spend 5 bucks and buy a bag of socket head servo screws from Micro-fasteners. It's not possible to get the phillips head screws tight and they break off easily, teh better screws can be tightened with an allen wrench and don't break. I've never had one come loose and I've used hundreds of them. No loctite is required.
