RE: H9 Sundowner
This is harsh , but the only reason she crashed was lack of experiance on your behalf, being a vetran of model flight for about 10 months, and 200 odd flights, I am guilty of the same, but have been fortunate enough to ride the steep learning curve-hence my downer has survived. TO ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS PLANE- IT IS NOT A BEGGINERS OR EVEN AN INTERMEDIATE PLANE at a minimum you need to be able to recognise air speed(not by listening to the engine) & the pre stall point, don't fly on a field that requires you make the runway unless you are a very good pilot. she's a great plane, providing the grass is not up to your chin, just land down or crosswind fast as you like, it works, and is far safer than turning to wind with insuficent air speed. I deadsticked twice on the first days flying (once again inexperiance) and landed crosswind at hell of a speed, she rolled for ever, but was all in one peice.

I am sure that the word 'entry or 'begginer' or similar, is on the carton that this bird is packed in -thats all wrong H9
sorry for your loss, I hope you get another-good luck
