I know nothing to very little about RC. I have a RTF 2 ch FireBird and 3 ch AeroBird and a crashed Esky HoneyBee King 2. I was gifted a "Flying Boat" kit. From my research, it looks like a copy of a model by a person named Michael Connolly (sp)? It requires a 4 ch radio/receiver, 3 micro servos, brushless 1000 rkv motor, 10X6 inch prop and an esc. In my research I've figured all of that stuff out My question is can I somehow adapt the HBK2 helicopter 6 ch CPPM radio and receiver to run this hydrofoam boat-plane?
