i have a tower st-15 with stock everything. i have set the h.s. needle to 2.5 turns out and all aroung that setting and i can't help making the engine bog at full throttle. sometimes when i pull the throttle in slowly it will not even get to high rpm. is it too lean or too rich? any input will be appreciated.
