No, the canpoy had a double side tape along the fuse. To reinstall I used a little meduim super glue along the same area that had the 2 sided tape. ( I used a small paint brush to apply the glue) It is not that much trouble. The trim tape goes on pretty easy. But ya have to buy new tape. I could not salvage the tape I removed.

I installed the stock landing gear. I was told not to get to attached to my second plane...LOL!!! (I wonder what they meant by that?) But I think I may go ahead and get the composite landing gear set it looks really cool. I just dont know who makes it yet. I have seen it on several planes but did not think to ask.

It is starnge you had a problem with the wing holes.....they were right on the money on my plane. I did have to drill them out a little to set the gromlets in place, but it fits fine now.
