my 24cc echo that i built-BNIB short block,ken lambert muffler,rcexl cdi,carb,RTF weight with evrything on the[ FPE1.3]mines 48 ozs.
A 16x8 @ 7400 rpm is about 10 lbs thrust, and about 1,3 hp.
But for this weight (43 oz) you can buy a ZDZ 40 RE F3A. It will pull a 20x12 at 7000+ rpm, 25 lbs static thrust, and more than 4 hp. A 22x8 would give even higher thrust, but lower speed.
