Hi Guys

I was down at my local club on the weekend as my friend was test flying his new 60" scratch built ultimate bipe plane. (photo below)

The model flys realy well but it has a problem with level flight. What happens is if you fly at full power it dives when you take the power off
the models climbs , the slower the speed the model high angle of attach the model gets.

Can any one help. Is it a incidence problem or thrust problem or both?
