Replace the diaphragm. The rebuild kit for your carb runs about $10.00 at a saw shop. Same one does the WT 201 carb.
I am on the 3rd diaphragm, I replaced the one I had put in last summer then replaced the new one just in case I had got a bad one. But do nto thnk I could have got 2 bad rebulid kits i a row.
