Dear Mr. Ladines,
if you’ve had such a horrible experience with our pipes, why for god sake didn’t you pick up the phone and say something? That’s what I would do. I would call that dude at ES composites right away and demanded answers what went wrong! If there is a problem, we’d like to know about it so we can fix it. It really doesn’t matter how much testing we do, the ultimate testing is, when non- technical people like you start using are products.
Also, our records show, you purchased four pipes in 2007, one in April, one in July and two in November. If the last two are installed in your Yak, then we’re down to two. I believe the one with crushed neck pictured in zlin226 post is one of yours (hope you don’t blame pipe for that). Now, we’re down to one only, possibly the one from your crushed plane which we’ve repaired (pipe) for you at no charge. So, where are those “3 pipes you literally have just melted away”? Are you trying intentionally inflate your problem and negatively influence world wide audience on this forum or what? I can’t recall turning on, on you or stepping on your airplane.

Dont get me wrong Ed, I respect your products, but please dont wash your dirty linen in public, you may just get this thread shut down for your 'outburst' above, please pm whoever you need to contact. Please do not upset alot of your prospective / existing customers with such aggressive postings. For me...you just lost an order for 2 ES pipes for my 110" yak, I shall be changing my mind and ordering KS tomorrow after seeing your post.
KS are very polite! and realise the customer is king!!
