Default Zenoah G20EI and Rubber Mounts

I have a Zenoah G20EI that I mounted on a Nitro Models P-51 Mustang. On the madien flight, it developed elevator flutter. I immediately landed and sealed the elevator. It still fluttered on the second flight. I then had a helper hold the plane while I reved up the engine and it fluttered just standing still. It appears that the flutter is being caused by engine vibration and/or the air blast from the prop. I wanted to find out if anybody has ever mounted the G20 with any kind of rubber mounting that might solve this problem?

I did all the usual checks that I know of before thinking the problem may be engine vibration: balanced the prop and spinner, checked for play in all linkages and hinges, the servo is mounted in the tail with very short linkage.

Can it be that the G20 is just too much engine for this plane? It is supposed to be designed for a 60 2 stroke for 90 4 stroke glow engine.

I don't not want to use a different engine if possible because the G20 runs fantanstic.
