Soarrich I have been reading up on the engine for about six hours straight since placing the order. It was a spur of the moment thing. I see what you say about different results. The guy I bought one from (Jeff at ThunderboltRC) has always been a straight up guy with me. His is the one showing 7170 with the Xoar 23x8 in the video on the other forum with a new engine not yet broke in. He did tweak the timing a bit (reading between the lines I think this is what he meant went he said he tuned it in a following post), but may be unnecessary as I believe the last ones to come over have the timing set at 26 degrees rather than the 14 degrees that hey were at when they first came over. I think that is what I read anyway. Either way I am curious to see how it does when I receive it. I must say though I have received nothing but top notch products and service from Jeff.
My current DL turns 6900 with a Xoar 22x8 after close to 2 gallons of fuel through it at 32 to 1. I will post my results later this summer when I get a chance to run the MT and see how they compare. I will be going on vacation soon and will not get a chance to do much with it until late July.
