A couple of years ago I had trouble with Hobbynet as well... it took about 3 months from the time I put the order in and paid with Paypal to actually receiving the mechandise. Many emails went unanswered from them - I even filed a complaint with Paypal. Perhaps that spurred them to actually complete the order and ship it.
