Don't think anything can go wrong the way you build
The extra X-braces should not be needed, but won't hurt either.
And with the amount of clamps you use, it can't be possible a piece is still open
Only thing that can go wrong is if the epoxy was mixed wrong, so I'm not scared it will fail this parts of the build.
